1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and sound therapy sessions (“Services”) offered by Enaid Eryri Wellbeing (“we,” “our,” “us”) to clients (“you,” “your”). By booking or attending our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided
We offer group and private yoga sessions, sound therapy experiences, workshops, and retreats aimed at improving well-being, relaxation, and personal development. Our Services are complementary and not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Health and Safety
• Yoga and sound therapies involve physical and/or auditory practices that carry some risk.
• It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before participating, especially if you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant.
• We must be informed of any health conditions before you participate in any session.
• You agree to listen to your body and stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort.

4. Eligibility
• Participants must be at least 18 years old.
• Clients under 18 may attend only with written parental consent and adult supervision (if required).

5. Bookings, Cancellations, Refund & Rescheduling
• If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, you will receive a credit note for the full amount paid.
• Credit notes can be used toward any future session, class, workshop, or package within 6 months of the original booking date.

B. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a booked session (“no-show”), will not be eligible for a credit note.

C. Refunds
• We do not offer cash refunds for cancellations.
• All eligible cancellations will be issued as credit notes only, unless required otherwise by UK consumer law.

D. Workshops, Retreats & Special Events
• Different terms may apply to workshops, retreats, or events. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
• If an event is cancelled by us, a full credit note will be issued for future use.

E. Validity of Credit Notes
• Credit notes must be used within 6 months from the date of issue.
• Credit notes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

F. Exceptions
• In exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness, bereavement), we may review cases on an individual basis, at our discretion.

6. Fees & Payment
• Prices for classes, workshops, and retreats are listed on this page.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept [cash or bank transfer].
• Prices include VAT where applicable.

7. Liability & Insurance
• All participants take part at their own risk.
• We accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage except where required by UK law.
• We are fully insured in accordance with UK industry standards.

8. Behaviour & Conduct
• Respectful and appropriate behaviour is expected at all times.
• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation if behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe, without refund.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
• We collect personal and health information solely to ensure your safety and provide appropriate Services.
• Your data is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
• By booking a session, you consent to us storing your data securely for these purposes.
• You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time.
• Data will never be shared with third parties without your consent unless legally required.

10. Vouchers, Packages & Gift Cards
• Vouchers, class passes, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• They must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Lost or stolen vouchers/gift cards cannot be replaced.

11. Retreats & Workshops
• Retreats and workshops may involve additional terms for accommodation, travel, and cancellation policies, provided at the time of booking.
• You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance if required.
