My Story
Living with severe endometriosis meant living with chronic pain for many years. During that time, I quickly realised that relying solely on the pill and pain medication wasn’t giving me the relief or quality of life I needed. I began searching for ways to support my body more gently — ways to calm my nervous system and help me cope day to day.
It was through attending gong baths, practising yoga, and receiving reflexology that I experienced profound benefits. These therapies didn’t just ease my physical pain; they helped me feel stronger, more resilient, and supported during some of the most challenging moments of my journey. When living with endometriosis felt overwhelming, these practices became an anchor.
After years of advocating for my health, I eventually underwent gold-standard excision surgery, which truly changed my life for the better. I wholeheartedly believe there is an important place for Western medicine — I would never say otherwise. But I also believe deeply in balance. True healing, for me, came from combining medical intervention with complementary therapies that support the whole person.
Today, I offer the therapies that once supported me. If you’re looking to relax, manage pain, improve sleep, regulate your nervous system, or regain a sense of control in your life, you’re warmly invited to explore the complementary therapies I offer.

My Approach
I aim to create a space that feels safe, nurturing and grounding - just like the sessions I offer. Whether I'm sharing insights on the healing power of touch, the philosophy behind movement and breath, or the transformative effects of sound, it is an invitation to slow down, reconnect and remember your own inner wisdom.

I'm here to listen without judgement and to provide the space for your own healing.
