My Story

​After having severe endometriosis and living with chronic pain, I quickly learnt that the pill and pain medication were not the answer. So I looked for means to help myself cope with the pain and calm my nervous system.

Attending gong baths and yoga sessions as well as having reflexology really benefited me and made me cope with the pain and become stronger. I needed this when the struggle of living with endometriosis became difficult.

After years of fighting for my health I eventually got the gold standard surgery - excision surgery which changed my life for the better- so there is a place for Western medicine. I would never tell you otherwise But I do think we need a balance of both. 

So if you need to help to relax, cope with pain, sleep and get some control back in your life - why not try of the complementary therapies I offer. 

My Approach

I aim to create a space that feels safe, nurturing and grounding - just like the sessions I offer. Whether I'm sharing insights on the healing power of touch, the philosophy behind movement and breath, or the transformative effects of sound, it is an invitation to slow down, reconnect and remember your own inner wisdom.
