1:1 sessions are individualised to suit you and your needs at the time. In a yoga class, the teacher facilitates yoga sessions to all participants with differing levels of experience, flexibility and health needs. Although I try to foster conditions where each person is focused only on what is happening “now” and “on their own mat and in their own body”; some feel uncomfortable practicing in view of other students/participants. They might try to position themselves at the back of the class.
